CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made in writing (email). 100% of your payment minus a $100.00 USD cancellation fee is refundable if the cancellation is received sixty (60) days or more prior to your arrival date. If you cancel forty (40) days prior to your arrival, 100 % of YOUR payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, unless another booking is made for that same time period for the same amount.

Refunds are not given for inclement weather. If, however, there is mandatory evacuation ordered by the Turks & Caicos Government, refunds will be prorated based on the days left in the scheduled stay, only those nights affected by the mandatory evacuation are eligible. If a hurricane arrives prior to your arrival and we’re unable to provide you with an accommodation: a full refund will be issued.
